Official Rules for the Journey Church Playset Giveaway

1. Sponsor: The Journey Church Family Pack Ticket Basket Giveaway ("Contest") is sponsored by Journey Church ("Sponsor"). This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube.

2. Eligibility: a. The Contest is open to those who complete all entry requirements. b. This contest is open to legal residents of the United States and the State of Florida who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. c. Employees, volunteers, and immediate family members of Journey Church are not eligible to participate. d. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period: The Contest begins on July 31, 2026 at 6:35am EDT and ends at the start of the 5th Inning of the Daytona Tortugas game on July 31, 2026. (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during this time to qualify.

4. How to Enter: To enter, participants must: a. Complete the Entry Form: Fill out the official entry form available at https://daytona.journeyconnect.org/tortugas-giveaway. b. Participants must complete all steps to qualify. One entry per family.

5. Prize: a. Grand Prize: one (1) $25 Cold Stone Creamery gift card, four (4) tickets to the Daytona Aquarium, four (4) unlimited fun passes (dry attractions) to Daytona Lagoon, and four (4) Round of mini golf at Congo River Golf. b. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prize are permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. c. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or additional costs associated with claiming the prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: a.The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. b. The drawing will take place on August 1, 2026, and the winner will be notified via email or SMS. c. The winner must claim their prize within 7 days of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions: a. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. b. Any attempt to tamper with the Contest process will result in disqualification. c. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at its sole discretion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity.

8. Privacy: a. By entering, participants agree to allow Journey Church to collect and use their personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest and contacting winners. b.
